Hymson Acquires Xteg GmbH: Focus on Technology and Local Service

Shenzhen / Stuttgart, October 2025 – In October 2025, Xteg GmbH was officially integrated into the globally operating Hymson Group. The goal of this merger is to link the technological capacity of a manufacturer directly with local market expertise in Germany and Europe.

Through the acquisition, customers now have direct access to the development resources of Hymson Laser Machinery. This is intended to dismantle technological barriers and simplify the path for modern laser cutting systems into the European market.

During the trade fair, the official signing took place on October 23, 2025, formally concluding the transition of Xteg GmbH into the Hymson Group.
